Terms of service

Lumino Style is provided by Fassix, a sole proprietorship of Ishaan Shringi, Surat, Gujarat, India (“we”). By using the site you agree to these terms. When you buy checks, the version of these terms shown at checkout is recorded with your purchase.

What the service is

You upload a photo of an outfit and pick an occasion. An AI model returns a score, what works, what to change and a verdict. It is opinion generated by software, for entertainment and general guidance. It can be wrong. Do not rely on it for anything that matters.

Checks and pricing

Each new visitor gets one free check. Further checks are sold in packs, priced in Indian rupees, paid through Razorpay:

• 5 checks for ₹99
• 20 checks for ₹249

Fassix is not registered for GST; prices are final and no tax is added. Checks are tied to the browser you bought them in through a cookie. Clearing your cookies or switching devices loses access to them, and we cannot restore them because we hold no account details. Checks do not expire.

A check is used only when a review is produced. If the photo does not show an outfit, or the model fails, the check is returned to you.

Your content

You must own the photo you upload or have permission to use it, and it must not show anyone under 18. You keep all rights to it. You allow us to store it and send it to our AI provider to produce your review, and to show it on your result page and shareable card. Result pages are public to anyone with the link and are deleted 30 days after upload.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, abusive or explicit content, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and no automated use.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
