Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your photo. The outfit photo you upload, resized in your browser before it is sent.
• The occasion you pick and the result the AI produces for it.
• A guest cookie. A random identifier that keeps your free and purchased checks together. It holds no personal details. There is no account, no email and no password.
• Payment records. If you buy checks, Razorpay processes the payment and we keep the order id, payment id, amount and time. We never see your card or UPI details.

How the photo is used

Your photo is sent to OpenAI, whose vision model produces the outfit review. It is used only to produce that review. We do not use your photos to train anything.

The photo and its result are stored on our server so that your result page and its shareable card work. A result page is public to anyone who has its link; only share the link if you are happy with that.

Retention and deletion

Photos and results are deleted automatically 30 days after upload, and the result link stops working then. To delete one sooner, email hello@fassix.com with the result link and we will remove the photo and the result within 7 days. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires; they hold no photo and nothing that identifies you beyond what Razorpay collected at checkout.

What we do not do

• No analytics scripts, advertising pixels or trackers on this site.
• No comments on your body. The AI is instructed to talk only about the clothes.
• No selling or sharing of your data with anyone other than the processors named above.

Age

Lumino Style is for people aged 18 and over. Do not upload photos of anyone else without their permission.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be deleted, or raise a grievance with the grievance officer, Ishaan Shringi, at hello@fassix.com. Governing law is India; courts of Gujarat.
